"Analytics Superheroes"
Client: IBM | Role: Writer | Agency: Centerline Digital
Every customer reference or SME interview is the same--a talking head video with (maybe) a little bit of animation.
We decided to take a different route and make this discussion of analytics a lot more interesting by hiring a comic artist to imagine our subject matter experts as characters in a comic book story constructed from their interviews.

Supply Chain Business Network Demo
Client: IBM | Role: Writer | Agency: Centerline Digital
IBM's Supply Chain Business Network is a complex solution that requires hours with an expert for a full demo...but IBM needed an interactive asset that conveyed some of the high-level features to casual users in order to spark interest.
Working from a scenario provided by subject matter experts, we created a multi-page, web-based demo that does just that.

To demonstrate the capabilities of IBM's Supply Chain Business Network, we came up with an infographic that shows a side-by-side experience of supply chain management performed the "hard way" and the "easy way."

"State of Customer Experience" Infographic
Client: Conduent | Role: Writer | Agency: Centerline Digital
Conduent had several in-depth customer experience studies that weren't getting a lot of traffic. We were tasked with creating an infographic that teased the contents of those assets and entice people to download the full reports.
